See what you keepfrom each sale.

After product costs, shipping, fees, fulfillment, advertising, and returns, how much is left from each sale?

The Product Profit Calculator brings those costs together so you can check whether your prices leave enough room and see what a discount would change.

01 / Review your pricing

Check whether your price covers your costs

See what each sale contributes after the costs you enter, and use the break-even price to understand the point where those costs are covered.

02 / Prioritize your attention

Find products that need a closer look

Identify products that leave little or nothing after costs, then review their pricing and expenses. Input flags help you check missing or unusual numbers first.

03 / Compare your products

See how your products compare

Check up to 50 products in one workbook instead of working through each one separately, with a summary showing profitability counts and rows to review.

The Price Scenario Tool

Run the numbers before you run the sale.

Before running a discount or changing a price, check how much you would keep at the new amount. You can also see how higher shipping or advertising costs affect a selected product.

You can also enter your own combination of changes to see how they affect your profit and margin.

Good to know before you buy

Does it connect to my Shopify store?

No. You enter your prices and costs manually in Google Sheets. No store connection is required.

What does “profit” mean here?

Contribution profit: what’s left from each sale after the per-unit costs you enter. It does not include fixed overhead or taxes, so it’s not your final net profit.

Can I use it if I ship orders myself?

Yes. Enter your own packaging and shipping costs, and use zero for costs that don’t apply.

How many products can I check?

Up to 50 in the SKU Profit Calculator. The Price Scenario Tool looks at one selected product at a time.

Do I need spreadsheet experience?

The formulas are already set up. Enter your numbers in the blue cells and follow the companion guide for help with inputs and results.

How does this help if I already track my sales?

Sales totals tell you what customers paid. This calculator brings together the per-unit costs you enter so you can see what remains for each product and test how a proposed change affects it.

What do I get?

A Google Sheets calculator with the SKU Profit Calculator, At a Glance Summary, and Price Scenario Tool, plus a companion PDF guide.
